Our "bonus" spay/neuter clinic in June resulted in 117 more cats (70 females, 47 males) sterilized! This extra clinic was partially funded through a grant by the Virginia Federation of Humane Societies.
In case you haven't been keeping track, 833 cats were sterilized during our Oct through June clinics -- preventing countless homeless kittens from being born. Many thanks to the local volunteer vets, the CASPCA, and our many dedicated volunteers, donors, and supporters. No matter what you did -- working the clinic, trapping cats, washing towels and sheets afterwards, or donating money for vaccinations and surgical supplies -- we couldn't have done it without you and other compassionate people in our community.
